Stiffness Analysis of Rolling Guide Considering Thermal Deformation of Joint
In order to improve the dynamic stiffness of the rolling guide pair,based on the Hertzcontact theory of elasticity,the dy-namic Hertz contact stiffness model of the rolling guide pair was established considering the influence of external load,preload,thermal deformation and other factors.Based on the contact characteristics of single ball raceway,the contact deformation relation-ship of ball raceway is analyzed.Taking a NSK linear guideway as an example,the influence of different vertical loads on the stiff-ness characteristics of guideway pair under three preload levels is analyzed.The influence of Hertzcontact deformation and thermal deformation on the contact stiffness of the guide rail pair under different vertical loads is analyzed by using finite element software.The results show that the preload has a greater influence on the critical load,which affects the stiffness of the rolling guide rail pair;the friction thermal deformation reduces the contact stiffness of the guide rail pair with the increase of the load,which verifies the contact stiffness considering thermal deformation The rationality of the modeling method and the accuracy of the model.
