基于CFD的某商用车扬尘污染仿真优化分析

针对某新型商用车在泥土路面低速行驶工况中,易扬起地面尘土造成局部空气污染问题.建立商用车CFD仿真分析模型,进行实验对标以验证仿真模型的精确性.将DPM离散相模型分析方法与离散动力学相结合,对商用车外流场中多相流进行数值仿真,揭示了扬尘污染的产生机理.由此制定不同的扬尘治理方案,结合HyperStudy软件进行优化分析,寻求最佳扬尘治理方案,并开展实验验证.研究结果表明:通过优化风扇位置,更换"U型"护风罩并优化导风板尺寸的改进方案,扬尘颗粒数相较原车减少了44.67%,在保证散热性能的前提下,明显改善了扬尘污染现象.
Simulation and Optimization of Commercial Vehicle Dust Pollution Based on CFD
Aiming at the commercial vehicle in low speed driving,easy to raise dust and cause air pollution.The CFD simulation analysis model of the commercial vehicle was established,and the correctness of the simulation model was verified by experiments.By combining the DPM discrete phase model analysis method with discrete dynamics,the multiphase flow in the commercial vehi-cle outflow field was simulated numerically,and the mechanism of dust pollution was revealed.Therefore,different dust control schemes were proposed,and the optimization analysis was carried out by HyperStudysoftware to seek the best dust control scheme,and experiments were carried out to verify it.The results show that the number of dust particles is reduced by44.67%compared with the original vehicle by optimizing the fan position,replacing the"U-shaped"air shield and optimizing the size of the air guide plate,and the dust pollution phenomenon is obviously reduced on the premise of ensuring the heat dissipation performance.
