多因素下风力发电机组系统可靠性分配方法的研究

针对目前可靠性分配结果较为主观的问题,以串联系统的可靠性分配方法为基础,提出了一种基于改进模糊层次分析法的可靠性分配方法.采用三标度法对多个系统可靠性影响因素进行专家评判,通过模糊层次分析法初步确定可靠性分配权重,然后对分配权重初值进行熵权法处理,建立综合分配权重计算模型,最终确定各子系统的可靠性分配权重,进而实现对机械系统可靠度分配模型的建立.以风力发电机组系统为例,将该方法应用在风力发电机组可靠性分配中.通过改进模糊层次分析法与传统的模糊层次分析法以及其它方法对该风力发电机组系统的可靠性分配结果,进行对比分析.结果表明:该方法不仅有效;而且相比于文献中的分配结果有所降低,更符合机组的实际运行情况,验证了该方法的合理性.
Research on Reliability Allocation Method of a Wind Turbine Generator System Under Multiple Factors
Aiming at the problem that the results of reliability allocation are relatively subjective at present,a reliability allocation method based on improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is proposed on the basis of the reliability allocation method of series sys-tems.The three-scale method is adopted for multiple factors affecting system reliability of the experts'judgments,the reliability al-location weight is initially determined by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and then the initial value of the allocation weight is pro-cessed by the entropy method,and the comprehensive allocation weight calculation model is established,eventually determine the reliability allocation weights of the components are determined,and the reliability allocation model of the mechanical systems is established.Taking the wind turbine generator system as an example,this method is applied to the reliability allocation of wind turbine generator systems.Through the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the traditional fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and other methods,the reliability allocation results of the wind turbine generator system are compared and analyzed.The results show that the method is not only effective;it is also lower than the allocation results based on the methods in the literature,and is more in line with the actual operating conditions of the unit,which verifies the rationality of the method.
