Research on Accurate Modeling of Screw Nut Joint Based on Layered and Regional Virtual Material Method
To establish an accurate model of the ball screw nut joint,the parameters of the virtual material model of the joint are ob-tained based on the multi-objective optimization method,and the accurate virtual gradient material model of the joint is construct-ed.The accurate dynamic model of the ball screw nut joint is established,and the dynamic model established by this method is veri-fied by experiments.The results show that the joint model based on the virtual gradient material method has high accuracy.The mac-roscopic material properties of the gradient structure material layer present the same change as the contact stress with the ball phase angle distribution in space,which can fully characterize the uneven distribution of contact stress between the ball and the raceway contact surface in the ball bearing.
