Simulation and Measurement of Fixture Positioning Accuracy of CNC Milling Gear Machine
Based on fixture of CNC Milling Machine,research on NC milling machine fixture locating mechanism of the influ-ence of various errors on the positioning accuracy.Using dynamic simulation software Adams to fixture positioning structure of the simulation,the simulation results to verify the correctness of the virtual prototype with ideal results.Using Adams to fixture locating structure of manufacturing error,installation error and random error of comprehensive simulation,it is concluded that different error to decide.In order to study the numerical control milling machine fixture in repeated positioning precision under the condition of regularity,design the workpiece positioning clamping test,the test showed that with the increase of number of positioning accuracy of the fixture of CNC gear milling machine is basically stable with the increase of the positioning times,which meets the actual processing requirements.
