Fatigue Life Analysis of Output Gear Pair of Reducer for Shared Bicycle Lock
The landing and popularization of shared bicycles has promoted the development and application of reducers for shared bicycle locks.And the fatigue life of the output gear pair determines the effective life of the reducer.In view of the shortcomings of the traditional test method of the fatigue life of gears,proposes a life prediction method of output stage gear pair based on finite el-ement simulation.The finite element model of the gear pair is established in ANSYS software,and the structural parameters of the gear pair are improved to ameliorate the force between the gear pairs.Through the dynamic simulation of gear pairs in AD-AMS software,obtain the dynamic contact force between gear pairs,and use this as a load spectrum to predict the fatigue life of gear pairs in nCode DesignLife software,finally the correctness of the finite element simulation method is verified through experi-ments.The results show that after improving the pressure angle of the driven wheel,the stress of the driving wheel of the gear pair is reduced by 30.18%,and the stress of the driven wheel is reduced by 38.71%.The fatigue life of the gear pair is increased by 124.23%after the pressure angle is improved,which meets the design requirements.The deviation between the test life results of the gear pair and the simulation predicted life results is less than 10%,which is within the acceptable range.
