Design and Simulation of the Electric Connection and Drainage Line Device for J-Type Clamp
At present,the live connection of10kVdistribution line is operated by auxiliary tools,which has high labor intensity and high risk factor.In order to improve the automation degree of the auxiliary clamp system for the drainage line of distribution line,a kind of live connection drainage line device for J-type clamp is proposed.According to the process of connecting the drain wire,the clamping force of the clamp is analyzed.When the clamping force of the clamp is 100N,the motor only needs151.404N·mm torque to clamp the wire;Using ANSYS Workbenchsoftware to carry out statics analysis of the key stress components,the results show that the structural strength of the flap meets the design requirements;The dynamic analysis of fastening mechanism is carried out by us-ing ADAMS software.Under the condition of nut bearing350N·mmtorque,the clamping force of clamp is503Nand that of wire is 1345N.According to the design scheme,the test prototype is built for field test,and the expected action can be achieved.The device re-alizes the automation and intelligence of live connection of drainage line,and has strong applicability,safety and reliability.
