Study on Calculation Model of Time-Varying Meshing Stiffness Considering Gear Modification
Aiming at the comprehensive modification of precision gear,a time-varying meshing stiffness optimization analysis model(IAM)considering coupling modification is established.Based on the design of practical modification parameters,the tooth surface equations of tooth drum modification and tooth profile modification are deduced,two comprehensive modification methods are proposed,and the calculation methods of time-varying meshing stiffness of standard spur gear,tooth drum gear,tooth profile modification gear and comprehensive modification gear are given.The model does not need to rely on the finite ele-ment method to determine the correlation coefficient.The model is compared with the existing models and verified by the finite ele-ment method.The results show that the model has high accuracy and efficiency in the calculation of tooth drum modification,tooth profile modification and comprehensive modification.
