Research on Hybrid Modeling and Simulation Analysis of a Certain Type of Train Plate and Girder
The underframe of the car body is the main load-bearing component of the car body, and the cross-sectional form of the underframe beam determines the mechanical characteristics of the car body.In actual design,it is often necessary to repeated-ly modify and demonstrate the design parameters of the car body underframe beam.Extend the design cycle. From the perspective of speeding up the simulation analysis process and improving the efficiency of R&D and design, this paper proposes a finite ele-ment modeling method based on the plate-beam hybrid element, and according to the commonly used EN 12663 design evalua-tion standard for the car body, the finite element model of the plate and shell The finite element model mixed with the slab beam was used for simulation analysis and calculation, and the simulation analysis results of two different modeling methods were ob-tained.And on this basis, the two different modeling methods are compared and evaluated in terms of stiffness and strength. The results show that in terms of car body strength and stiffness, the use of plate-beam hybrid modeling can ensure the accuracy of the results. It is a good substitute for the plate and shell finite element model.
