摘要

在充分分析焊接工艺特性的基础上,以降低焊接序列规划和焊接工位分配难度为目标,综合考虑单元间的平衡问题和单元复杂度问题,提出一种利用熵权TOPSIS法和遗传算法实现焊接单元合理划分的方法.首先,根据最佳单元划分公式确定基础件数量范围;其次,以零件的质量、体积、表面积、零件连接数量、焊缝数量、焊缝体积为评价指标,通过熵权TOPSIS法确定基础件;然后,以单元稳定性、单元平衡性和单元复杂度为优化目标,利用遗传算法得到不同单元数量时的最佳单元划分方案,通过对比分析确定最佳单元划分方案,实现焊接单元的科学合理划分;最后,以某车型前副车架为例进行验证,结果表明该方法快速、合理、有效,能够满足实际的工程需求.

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the welding process characteristics,it proposes a method to realize the reasonable welding units division by entropy weight TOPSIS and genetic algorithm to reduce the difficulty of welding sequence planning and welding station assignment,considering the balance between units and the complexity of the units.Firstly,the quantity range of basic parts is determined according to the optimal unit division formula;secondly,the quantity of basic parts is determined by entropy weight TOPSIS method based on the quality,volume,surface area,connection quantity,weld quantity and weld volume of parts;then,the unit stability,unit balance and unit complexity are taken as the optimization objectives,and the best unit divi-sion scheme is determined by comparative analysis of unit division results obtained by genetic algorithm under different number of units.Finally,a front sub frame of the vehicle is taken as an example to verify the method.The results show that the method is rapid,reasonable and effective,and can meet the actual engineering needs.
