Lightweight Design Method Based on EWTOPSIS and Hybrid Approximate Model
A lightweight design method based on EWTOPSIS and a hybrid approximate model is proposed in this paper.This method can effectively reduce the parameter variables in the lightweight design process and improve the prediction accuracy of the approximate model,thereby reducing calculation costs and improving optimization efficiency.The proposed method uses the com-prehensive contribution analysis strategy based on EWTOPSIS to eliminate the design variables with a low comprehensive contri-bution.Besides,it obtains the required sample points of the hybrid approximate model through the optimal Latin hypercube de-sign.Finally,it combines the optimization algorithm to solve the constraint problem and obtains the most combination of optimal structure size and target performance.A practical engineering example shows that the proposed method is effective and suitable for the optimal design of mechanical products.The proposed method can be applied to the design stage of different mechanical prod-ucts,aiming to produce a new generation of mechanical products with high efficiency,low cost,and high quality.
