FDM全彩3D打印的色彩调控方法研究

传统熔融沉积(FDM)3D打印工艺由于材料的单一性,无法按需成型彩色模型.现有"三进一出"的FDM混色机构,由于色域空间的不同、原材料的色彩偏差及混色机构的差异性采用直接三基色混色方式导致实际打印色彩与理论色彩间存在较大偏差.针对这一问题,基于FDM三基色混色喷头,通过色域空间转换建立色彩与FDM打印工艺间的关系;通过打印实验对转换模型进行线性拟合修正,进而建立面向FDM全彩3D打印的色彩配置库,通过模型颜色与库中颜色的匹配,实现三维模型设计色彩到打印色彩的精确转换.
Research on Color Control Method of FDM Full-Color 3D Printing
The traditional Fused Deposition Modeling(FDM)rapid prototyping manufacturing technology does not deliver mul-ticolor model processing due to the color unicity of the printing material.The direct RGB mixing method used in the existing"three-in-one-out"multichromatic apparatus,contributes to pronounced errors between the theoretical and the actual color,due to the difference of the color gamut space,the color deviation of the raw materials and the difference of the color mixing mecha-nism.In view of the color offset in the printing process,the proposed FDM color-mixing nozzle applies color gamut space conver-sion to establish the formula between color and FDMprinting technology.Based on linear fitting through experiments,the appara-tus builds a color-matching base oriented to multichromatic FDM 3D printing technology.It guarantees accurate transition from the designed model color to the actual printing color by matching the colors of models and a priori base colors.
