为解决料斗式除沙车体积庞大、结构笨重、在除沙过程中移动缓慢等问题,在料斗参数化建模基础上,采用基于响应面的多目标优化设计方法中的MOGA算法对集沙料斗进行结构优化.在ANSYS Workbench静力学分析基础上,采用相关参数灵敏度方法筛选出对料斗性能影响较大的设计变量,利用实验设计方法(Design of Experiment)拟合出设计变量与输出参数的响应面,最后基于响应面模型完成对料斗的优化.优化后的料斗结构满足工作强度要求,与原结构相比质量下降12.6%.仿真结果表明,料斗轻量化明显,验证了以响应面为基础的优化设计的可行性,该研究过程对结构优化领域研究具有一定的参考意义.
Optimal Design of Hopper Structure Based on Response Surface Methodology
In order to solve the problems of large volume,bulky structure and slow movement in the process of sand removal of the hopper,based on the parametric modeling of the hopper,the MOGA algorithm in the multi-objective optimization design method due to response surface is used to optimize the structure of the sand hopper.According to the static analysis of Ansys Workbench,the design variables that have great influence on the performance of hopper were screened out by using the sensitivity method of rel-evant parameters,and the response surface of design variables and output parameters was fitted by the design experiment method.Finally,the hopper was optimized based on the response surface model.The optimized hopper structure meets the working strength requirement,and the quality is reduced by 12.6% compared with the original structure.The simulation results show that the weight of the hopper is obvious,which verifies the feasibility of the optimization design based on response surface.The research pro-cess has certain reference significance for the research in the field of structural optimization.
