Six Sigma Robust Optimization Based on Pseudo Single-Loop Strategy
In the optimization work considering uncertainty,six sigma robust optimization plays a more and more important role.Six sigma robust optimization method based on pseudo single-loop optimization strategy is proposed,which aims to improve prod-uct quality and optimization efficiency at the same time.Then,the concrete steps and flow of the method are given.To verify the ef-fectiveness of the method,the lightweight of seat frame is taken as an example.Combined with sensitivity analysis,multi-island genetic algorithm,Monte Carlo simulation technology and pseudo single-loop optimization strategy,six sigma robust optimiza-tion of the seat frame is carried out.The optimization results show that the proposed method improves the reliability and robustness of the product,and greatly reduces the computational cost of the traditional optimization strategy.
