Computer Parameterized Design Reduces the Error of the Substitute Arc of the Rectangular Spline Hob
A parameterized program design is carried out for the error of the substitute arc of the rectangular spline hob relative to the theoretical normal tooth profile.Cording to the maximum error minimum method algorithm and the back-substitution algo-rithm,he substitute circle of the rectangular spline hob tooth profile is reduced.He arc error,he reasonable center coordinate and radius value of the substitute arc are obtained,and the design cycle is shortened.He basic method:First calculate the coordinate point formula of the normal tooth profile of the rectangular spline hob,then use the double arc instead of the theoretical tooth pro-file to derive the double arc fitting formula.After that,based on the maximum error minimum method algorithm and back-substitution algorithm,finally ObjectARX is used as a development tool,based on the technology of C#.NET API,using the op-timized center coordinates and radius values of the substitute arc and other related parameters in the database to complete the rect-angular flower draw the normal tooth profile diagram of the key hob,and independently research and develop a set of general rectangular splines that integrate the parameter design of the rectangular spline hob,the simulation of the automatic processing parameters of the gear hobbing,the check of interference parameters and the data processing and control of the gear hob The hob parameter humanized automatic design drawing platform realizes the automatic drawing design of the hobbing parameters of the gradual and rectangular spline normal hob.
