气动挤出式双喷头生物3D打印机设计与研制

针对组织工程中异质组织器官的生物3D打印问题,根据不同生物材料打印工艺要求,提出一种气动挤出式双喷头生物3D打印机.首先介绍了生物3D打印机的系统组成,对多轴运动系统、集成定位器的打印平台、光固化打印头和控制系统进行了设计研究,并利用TracePro软件对光固化打印头的光环尺寸以及光辐照度进行了仿真验证;然后对生物3D打印机进行了双喷头交替打印测试和生物墨水打印测试,验证了设计的生物3D打印机能够满足多种生物材料交替打印的工艺需求,为组织工程中异质组织结构的生物3D打印提供了技术上的可能性.
Design and Development of Dual-Nozzle Biological 3D Printer Based on Pneumatic Extrusion
Aiming at the problem of biological 3D printing of heterogeneous tissues and organs in tissue engineering,a kind of dual-nozzle biological 3D printer based on pneumatic extrusion is proposed according to different printing process requirements of biological materials.The composition of biological 3D printer is introduced,and multi-axis motion system,printing platform with integrated positioner,UV curable printing head and control system are investigated.Through TracePro software,the ring size and irradiance of the UV curable printing head are simulated and verified.The dual-nozzle alternating printing test and bio-ink printing test are carried out on the biological 3D printer,which verifies that the designed biological 3D printer can meet the tech-nological requirements of the alternating printing of a variety of biological materials,and provide technical possibilities for the biological3Dprinting of heterogeneous tissue structures in tissue engineering.
