Parameters Optimization Analysis of New Energy-Saving Hydraulic Pumping Unit
The existing beam pumping units are low energy efficiency and cost much energy,so an energy-saving hydraulic pump-ing unit was proposed,key parameters affecting the pumping unit energy consumption and performance were optimized.Pumping unit simulation model was built based on AMESim platform.The key parameters were divided into main parameters and non-main parameters,which were optimized step by step with genetic algorithm,optimization results were analyzed and verified by the-oretical calculation.Secondly,a closed-loop control of sucker rod displacement was done to adjust sucker rod speed characteristics with optimization results,which can reduce impact vibration during reversing.To verify the optimization results effect on reducing motor power and energy saving advantage,several groups of simulation and comparative analysis were carried out,the results show that:with optimization results,motor power is the minimum power to ensure the system performance,which is about 25% of that of hydraulic pumping unit without energy recovery.
