Magnetic Field Analysis of Magnetorheological Damper
Magnetorheological damper(MRD)is widely used because of its low energy consumption,small volume,rapid response and continuously adjustable damping force.In the existing simulation of MR damper,the static magnetic field is usually used to simulate the actual magnetic field of the damper,which causes the deviation between the simulation and the actual working state of the damper.Therefore,the transient electromagnetic field of the damper is analyzed according to the magnetic circuit structure of the MR damper.Through the simulation of the magnetic field of the MR damper,the dynamic change of the magnetic field in the damper with the movement of piston and coil is obtained,and the dynamic distribution of magnetic induction intensity under different conditions and the stable time of magnetic field are analyzed,which provides guidance for the structural optimization de-sign of MR damper.
