Realization of Diesel Engine Noise Visualization Based on Acoustic Holography and Monocular Vision Technology
Diesel engine is a multi-noise coupling power plant, and its noise identification and control are difficult in the field of internal combustion engine research. In order to realize the visualization of diesel engine noise, this research combines near-field acoustic holography and monocular vision technology to develop a Labview-based sound-image matching module. The test sys-tem has a friendly human-machine interface, and the correctness of the sound-image matching module is verified by the known sound source test. The verified system was applied to a high-pressure common rail diesel engine to identify the primary/secondary thrust side sound source. The results show that under the maximum torque working condition of 80kPaat atmospheric pressure and 1800r/min,the places where large radiation noise appears on the main thrust side are the intercooler intake pipe, crankshaft tim-ing toothed pulley, exhaust pipe, and Rack and turbocharger, etc.;the peak radiated noise on the secondary thrust side appears at the starter.
