Dynamic Simulation Research on the Vibration Exciter of Double Vertical Shaft Vibration Mixer
Based on the theory of multi-body system dynamics,the rationality of dynamic balance design of vibration exciter in double vertical shaft vibration mixer is analyzed.The dynamic model of the exciter is established in ADAMS software,and its dy-namic simulation is carried out.The simulation results reveal the motion law and working principle of the exciter,and analyze the relationship among the amplitude,frequency and vibration intensity of the exciter,as well as the distribution of vibration en-ergy.By combining the simulation results with the actual measurement results,it is proved that the exciter meets the design re-quirements,the dynamic balance design is reasonable,and the vibration energy distribution form of the simulation analysis is reasonable.The research results provide a reference and basis for the dynamic balance design of the exciter,and also lay a theoret-ical foundation for the vertical shaft vibration mixing technology.
