新型车轮平衡机振动系统分析设计

通过对现有转子支撑系统的分析,确定了车轮动平衡机的支撑类型;建立了传统硬支撑立式平衡机振动模型,并对其质心运动方程进行解算,根据解算结果分析其静偶分离效果不佳的原因以及误差的来源;在此基础之上,提出了一种新型车轮平衡机振动系统模型,给出了此振动系统下的运动微分方程,并对其进行详细的解算分析研究,从误差来源上解决了静偶分离不佳的问题.实验结果表明,采用此振动系统解算分析方法,改善了车轮动平衡机的静偶分离性能,提高了不平衡量测量的稳定性与精度.
Analysis and Design of the Vibration System of the New Wheel Balancing Machine
It determines the support type of the wheel dynamic balancer through the analysis of the existing rotor support system;establishes the vibration model of the traditional hard-supported vertical balancer,and solves its mass center motion equation,and analyzes its static according to the solution results.The reason for the poor separation effect and the source of error;on this ba-sis,a new type of wheel balancer vibration system model is proposed,and the differential equation of motion under this vibration system is given and solved in detail Analysis and research have solved the problem of poor static couple separation from the source of error.The experimental results show that the use of this vibration system solution analysis method improves the static-couple separation performance of the wheel dynamic balancing machine,and improves the stability and accuracy of the unbalance mea-surement.
