傅里叶变换法在电梯结构振动测试的应用

针对电梯结构的振动,对牵引比为1:1的电梯振动特性进行了实验测试,在此基础上采用傅里叶变换(STFT)方法对电梯振动特性的测试结果进行了功率谱密度(PSD)检验,提出了电梯结构横向纵向耦合振动检测方法,研究电梯部件振动的主频率分布及其影响因素.结果表明轿厢架横向和纵向振动均为低频振动,主要是由于车架与车架之间的弹性相互作用所致,轿厢架纵向振动形式和幅值与平台架基本一致,但横向振动的PSD在高频区域有明显的峰值,而提升绳的横向和纵向振动频率较高.本研究为电梯监控传感器的设计和相关数据处理提供了参考依据.
Application of Fourier Transform Method in Vibration Test of Elevator Structure
Aiming at the vibration of the elevator structure,the vibration characteristics of the elevator with the traction ratio of 1:1 are tested experimentally.On this basis,the power spectral density(PSD)test results of the elevator vibration characteristics are carried out by using the Fourier transform(STFT)method.A transverse and longitudinal coupling vibration detection method of the elevator structure is proposed,and the main frequency distribution and its influencing factors of the elevator component vibra-tion are studied.The results show that the transverse and longitudinal vibration of the car frame are low-frequency vibration,which is mainly caused by the elastic interaction between the frame and the frame.The longitudinal vibration form and amplitude of the car frame are basically the same as that of the platform frame,but the PSD of the transverse vibration has an obvious peak in the high-frequency region,while the transverse and longitudinal vibration frequencies of the lifting rope are higher.This study provides a reference for the design of elevator monitoring sensor and related data processing.
