Characteristic Modeling and Analysis of Automotive Brake Hydraulic System Based on AMESim
The brake hydraulic system is the key component of the whole vehicle hydraulic system,which directly affects the safety of new vehicles.According to the requirements of vehicle braking system,the principles of service and parking braking hydraulic systems were analyzed.On this basis,the key parameters of main structural units such as brake,brake pump,accumulator and system pressure in the braking system were designed and determined.The analysis model of brake hydraulic system was built based on AMESim,the charging process of accumulator in hydraulic system was analyzed,and the relationship between overflow value of charging valve and charging pressure of accumulator was studied.The performance of the brake was analyzed.Based on the actual vehicle,the working process of the accumulator of the braking hydraulic system and the pressure change of the system were analyzed to verify the reliability of the above analysis.The results show that:the opening pressure of the overflow valve in the filling valve directly determines whether the function of the filling valve can be realized,and the maximum filling pressure of the system and the filling rate of the filling valve need to be comprehensively considered.The results of different pressures show that the optimal opening value of the relief valve of the braking system is 16.5MPa.The measured result is 16.1MPa,and the error be-tween the measured result and the simulation analysis result is 2.5%.At the same time,the change law is also consistent,which shows the accuracy of the above analysis and provides a reference for similar designs.
