摘要

摘为提升某企业商用车侧翻安全性,满足欧盟ECE R29-03标准,进行基于SobolGSA灵敏度分析的静态侧翻性能仿真及多目标优化.对商用车虚拟试验模型进行静态侧翻仿真试验,提取分析侧翻仿真结果;选取仿真后商用车关键结构尺寸为变量,以最大安全距离和总吸能为目标,以一阶模态频率和A柱上端侵入加速度为约束条件,结合ISIGHT试验设计生成高精度的Kriging模型,利用NSGA-Ⅱ算法对商用车侧翻安全性进行多目标优化;采用SobolGSA法验证侧翻碰撞因子的灵敏度,5个厚度因子一阶灵敏度达到26%,均为显著因子.研究结果表明总吸能提升22.38%,头部生存空间提升16.8mm,满足法规对侧翻安全性的要求,达到了提升商用车侧翻安全性的目的.

Abstract

To improve the Rollover Safety of a commercial vehicle and meet the ECE R29-03,the static rollover simulation and optimization based on SobolGSA were carried out.The static rollover simulation test is carried out to extract and analyze the roll-over simulation results;The key structural size of the the vehicle after simulation are selected as variables,the maximum safe dis-tance and total energy absorption are taken as objectives,the modal frequency and the acceleration of A-pillar are taken as con-straints,and a high-precision model is generated by SIGHT-DOE.The MOP of vehicle rollover safety is carried out by using NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm;SobolGSA method is used to verify the sensitivity of rollover factor.The first-order sensitivity of the five thickness factors reaches 26%,which are all significant factors.The results show that the total energy absorption is increased by 22.38%,and the head living space is increased by 16.8mm,which meets the requirements of the regulations on Rollover Safety and achieves the purpose of improving the Rollover Safety of commercial vehicles.
