摘要

以某石油企业的地面分层注水井口的控制系统为研究对象,开展对地面分层注水井口智能控制关键技术的研究.结合先进传感器,PLC,DTU,PID控制,MODBUS通信协议设计了一套智能控制系统,对该系统的硬件系统、软件系统和远程监控及传输系统进行设计,以此实现对注水量的智能控制并实现各注水参数的远程监控及传输.对在油藏开发应用广泛的超声波流量计传感器安装位置进行优化分析,结果表明:传感器的最小安装高度为传感器所在直管段直径的11倍.提出将PID智能控制策略应用于分层注水,并在地面分层注水井口智能控制系统试验平台上进行智能控制注水试验,确认经过短时间的智能控制后,各层实际流量值均可被调整达到预设值,且误差极小,达到精确控制注水效果.

Abstract

The control system of a stratified surface water injection wellhead in an oil company is used as the research object to carry out the research on the key technology of intelligent control of surface stratified water injection wellhead.An intelligent con-trol system was designed by combining advanced sensors,PLC,DTU,PID control,and MODBUS communication protocol.The hardware system,software system,and remote monitoring and transmission system were designed to realize intelligent control of water injection and remote monitoring and transmission of each injection parameter.The results show that the minimum installa-tion height of the sensor is 11 timesthe diameter of the straight pipe section where the sensor is located.The PID intelligent control strategy is proposed to be applied to stratified water injection,and the intelligent control of water injection is tested on the test plat-form of the intelligent control system at the wellhead of stratified water injection on the ground.It is confirmed that after a short period of intelligent control,the actual flow rate value of each layer can be adjusted to the preset value with minimal error,and the effect of accurate control of water injection is achieved.
