Tightening Technology Analysis of Torque-Angle Method with Adaptive Sung Torque
Bolted joint is one of the most important connection methods for aero engine assembly.Aiming at the problems of pre-load dispersion and low control accuracy in the traditional tightening process of aero-engine bolts,this paper systematically stud-ies the torque-angle tightening way in the bolt joint assembly process.Firstly,the theory and error analysis of torque-angle method in bolt assembly tightening process are carried out.Then take a certain type of bolt as an example to carry out the finite el-ement simulation of the torque-angle method,and analyze the change rules of the preload and stress during the bolt tightening process under the dynamic turning point torque.Meanwhile,propose a torque-angle method based on the adaptive snug torque.Finally,experiment is carried out to verify the results of finite element analysis in M10 bolt,and determine the optimal tightening process of torque-angle method under the adaptive snug torque by obtaining the self-locking torque of the bolt in this experiment.
