Research on Noise Characteristics and Optimal Control of Hybrid Electric Vehicle Transmission
In order to improve the noise characteristics of the gearbox during the acceleration of a hybrid electric vehicle, the influence of the traction torque on the vibration-acoustic response of the hybrid electric transmission was studied.Firstly, the dynamic model of the hybrid transmission system is established, the vibration and acoustic characteristics of the power-split hybrid transmission of the compound planetary gear set are studied by numerical calculation, and the acoustic radiation caused by the planetary gear, support bearing, drive shaft and gearbox casing is estimated. The contribution rate of the pow-er,the influence of the controllable torque of the tract ion motor on the transmission error excitation is analyzed by the system modal vibration method. On this basis,a noise optimization control strategy is proposed.Through the real road performance test of the hybrid vehicle, the noise of the planetary gear is significantly reduced, which verifies the effectiveness of the pro-posed noise optimization control strategy.
