农业自动卷管机设计与试验

为了解决农业喷灌作业过程中通过人工收放水管存在效率低下、劳动强度大的问题,设计了一种由导向机构、收放管机构、排管机构及控制系统组成的自走式农业自动卷管机,提出了基于步进电机的精密排管系统以及基于增量式PID的恒张力收放管控制方法,开发了自动卷管机实物样机.样机试验结果表明:自动卷管机的排管效果良好,能够适应多种管径的水管且水管排列整齐紧密;卷管机的恒张力控制性能良好,在4.0km/h小时车速工况下,水管张力的最大相对误差为7.7%;在(0~4.0)km/h速度阶变工况下水管张力的最大相对误差为15.3%,收放管的速度能够自适应车速变化,水管的张力始终处于合理范围内.
Design and Test of an Agricultural Automatic Pipe Coiling Machine
In order to solve the problems of inefficiency and heavy physical labour in the operation of agricultural sprinkler irriga-tion,an self-propelled agricultural automatic pipe winding machine is designed,which is composed of guide mechanism,extend-ing-retracting mechanism,pipe arrangement mechanism and control system.A precision pipe arrangement system based on step-ping motor and a constant tension control method based on incremental PID are proposed,and a prototype of automatic pipe coil-ing machine is developed.The test results show that the automatic pipe coiling machine has good effect on pipe arrangement,it can adapt to the water pipes of different diameters and the pipes are arranged orderly and tightly.The constant tension control of the pipe coiling machine is also well-performed,the maximum relative error of the water pipe tension under the 4.0km/h condi-tion is 7.7%,and the maximum relative error of the water pipe tension under the(0~4.0)km/h speed step variable condition is 15.3%,the speed of the pipe coiling and releasing can adapt to the change of the vehicle speed,the tension of the water pipe is al-ways in a rational bounds.
