Fatigue Durability Analysis of Tractor Frame Based on Virtual Iteration
In order to evaluate the fatigue performance of vehicles within the mileage of users,a tractor frame was taken as the re-search object,and the six-component force were tested on the endurance road of Xiangyang.The finite element model of the frame was established in HyperMesh and its static strength was checked.The stress field distribution results under unit load were obtained by applying the inertia release theory.The rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamics model of the vehicle was established and the K&C test was carried out to check the model.Based on the results of stress field of unit load,fatigue load spectrum of frame andε-N fatigue curve of frame material,the fatigue simulation analysis of frame was carried out by nCode software according to Miner linear cumulative damage theory.The results show that the frame can meet the fatigue life requirement within the mileage of users,which is consistent with the test results.
