Thermal Error Modeling Analysis and Compensation Research of Aspheric CNC Grinder
The literature investigates that thermal error,which accounts for(40~70)%,is the most important factor affecting the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools.A specific scheme for thermal error modeling based on the multiple linear regression model algorithm based on statistical theory is presented.The multiple linear regression modeling is carried out for the axial ther-mal error of the grinding wheel shaft of the aspheric CNC grinding machine,and the thermal error compensation system is con-structed.The experiments show that.The research based on the multiple linear regression model algorithm and thermal error com-pensation system can effectively implement the axial thermal error compensation of the grinding wheel shaft of the aspheric CNC grinding machine,and the residual variance after compensation is reduced to 4.216e-002,which can meet the precision grind-ing of the aspheric CNC grinding machine.need.
