以某圆柱滚子轴承为研究对象,对轴承安装游隙进行了几何及力学表征,采用有限元法分析计算该轴承的安装游隙;绘制出径向安装游隙测试原理曲线;在此基础上提出了一种基于内外圈相对运动的安装游隙测试方法,通过搭建的游隙试验台,进行轴承径向安装游隙测试,然后把测试结果与理论计算结果进行了对比.通过对比分析证明:该方法对轴承安装游隙的测试及数据处理方法可有效减去外载荷对测试结果的影响,对轴承的安装游隙分析具有一定的指导意义.
Research and Test of Roller Bearing Mounting Clearance
Taking a cylindrical roller bearing as the research object,the mounting clearance of the bearing was characterized geo-metrically and mechanically,and the mounting clearance of the bearing was analyzed and calculated by using the finite element method.Draw the radial installation clearance test principle curve.On this basis,an installation clearance test method based on the relative movement of inner and outer rings was proposed.The clearance test of bearing radial installation was carried out by building a clearance test rig,and the test results were compared with the theoretical calculation results.Through comparative anal-ysis,it is proved that this method can effectively reduce the influence of external load on the test results of bearing installation clearance test and data processing method,and it has a certain guiding significance for bearing installation clearance analysis.
