Remote Monitoring System of Long Fiber Anti-Crack Composite Sealing Machine
Combining the use of our country's the long-fiber anti-cracking composite sealer and the future development trend,it is imperative to research the remote monitoring of the long-fiber anti-cracking composite sealer.The long-fiber anti-cracking composite sealer remote monitoring system was designed to monitor the engine system feeding system,spreading system,material parameters and basic parameters of the sealer in real time to achieve real-time monitoring of construction data,safe construction,and improvement of construction quality.Based on the 4G network,the basic framework of the remote monitoring system was estab-lished,the necessity of monitoring the engine system,the feeding system,the spreading system,the material parameters,and the basic parameters of the equipment was analyzed,the wireless sending terminal DTU was designed,and the database and server were analyzed and designed.The construction monitoring data of the long-fiber anti-cracking composite sealer was collected through experiment.The experiment proves that the system is feasible and effective.
