走行轮失效对单轨车辆安全性及平稳性的影响

单轨车辆走行轮为充气橡胶轮胎,容易因磨耗、穿刺而失气、漏气,导致走行轮失效.走行轮失效对车辆运行安全性及平稳性有重大影响,本文在单轨车辆走行轮动力学模型上进行走行轮失效处理,研究走行轮失效对单轨车辆运行安全性和平稳性的影响.研究结果表明:空载和满载工况任一走行轮失效以(5~30)km/h速度行驶在半径100m左转弯道时,轮轨力均大于正常行驶工况,运行安全性差;同侧走行轮失效时对运行安全性的规律相同,左侧走形轮失效工况最恶劣;横向平稳性等级合格,垂向平稳性部分合格,建议以10km/h的速度行驶到维修中心.
Effect of Wheel Failure on Safety and Stability of Monorail Vehicle
Monorail vehicles running wheel for inflatable rubber tire,easy to wear,puncture and loss of air,resulting in the fail-ure of running wheel.The failure of travelling wheels has a significant impact on the running safety and ride stability of vehicles.In this paper,the failure treatment of travelling wheels on the running safety and ride stability of monorail vehicles is studied by using the dynamic model of travelling wheels of monorail vehicles.The results show that the wheel and rail forces are greater than those in normal driving conditions,and the operation safety is poor when either running wheel fails in both no-load and full-load conditions and driving at a speed of(5~30)km/h on a left-turn bend with a radius of 100m.The law of operation safety is the same when the same side travelling wheel fails,and the failure condition of the left side travelling wheel is the worst.It is rec-ommended to drive to the maintenance center at a speed of l0km/h,and the lateral stability level is qualified and the vertical sta-bility part is qualified.
