The Product Configuration Design for Service-Oriented Manufacturing
In order to improve customer satisfaction,the product configuration design for service-oriented manufacturing was pro-posed.First,the classification model was established to classify customer demands by the matter-element clustering method.Sec-ondly,according to the customer's target demands,the nearest neighbor algorithm was used to retrieve the example products from the product library.Based on the evaluation model,the design parameters and modules that didn't meet the customer's target de-mand were obtained.Then,based on support vector machine,discrete parameters were classified and continuous parameters were done regression processing to realize the product configuration design to meet the customer demand by interactive response.Final-ly,the example of grader showed the feasibility of the method.
