垂直螺旋输送机的多尺度结构分析

垂直螺旋输送机结构封闭,且输送颗粒量过于庞大,输送机内部颗粒研究困难.这里利用DEM建立了垂直螺旋输送机的输送模型和颗粒模型,将垂直螺旋输送机颗粒流的轴向速度按照多尺度结构划分为宏观尺度结构、介观尺度结构和微观尺度结构,取不同螺距、截面的颗粒进行不同尺度结构橡胶颗粒轴向速度分析研究,证明了垂直螺旋输送机中各尺度结构的颗粒轴向速度分布具有一致性,即宏观尺度结构可由微观尺度结构代替,为垂直螺旋输送机的研究提供了理论参考.
Multi-Scale Structure Analysis of Vertical Screw Conveyor
The structure of vertical screw conveyor is closed,and the conveying particle quantity is too large,so it is difficult to study the internal particle of conveyor.DEM is used to establish the transport model and particle model of vertical screw conveyor.According to the multi-scale structure,the vertical screw conveyor can be divided into macroscopic scale structure,mesoscopic scale structure and microscopic scale structure.Multiscale structure analysis of axial velocity of rubber particles with different pitch and cross section was carried out.It is proved that the particle axial velocity distribution of each scale structure in the vertical screw conveyor is consistent,that is,the macro scale structure can be replaced by the micro scale structure,which provides a theo-retical reference for the research of the vertical screw conveyor.
