屋顶风机悬臂梁式动力吸振器的设计

针对已隔振的屋顶风机,设计了悬臂梁式动力吸振器,以消除残余振动.首先,基于已隔振的屋顶风机,建立二自由度振动系统理论模型,给出无阻尼动力吸振器的设计依据.然后,关于支柱对称设计出一对悬臂梁式动力吸振器.支柱一侧的带螺纹丝的Q235钢悬臂梁,直径为16.8mm、长为400mm;质量为2.81kg的、带螺纹丝的钢制配重可在悬臂梁上移动和固定,配重质心到支柱的距离设计为333mm;保护吸振器的防护罩固定在支柱顶端,支柱下端焊接于屋顶风机风帽中心.最后,求解悬臂梁正常工作时的最大应力,并与梁材料(Q235钢)的比例极限、屈服极限进行比较,结果表明悬臂梁不仅在线弹性变形范围内工作,而且还完全满足强度要求.
Design of Cantilever Dynamic Vibration Absorber for Roof Fan
The cantilever dynamic vibration absorber is designed to eliminate residual vibration for the vibration isolated roof fan.First,based on the vibration isolated roof fan,the theoretical model of two degree of freedom vibration system is established,and the theoretical basis for the design of undamped dynamic vibration absorber is given.Then,based on the support a pair of cantile-ver dynamic vibration absorbers are designed symmetrically.The cantilever is located on the side of the support.It is made of Q235 steel and has threads.Meanwhile,its length is 400mm and its section diameter is 16.8mm.The steel counterweight is 2.81kg and has threads.In addition,it can be moved and fixed on the cantilever.The distance from the center of mass of the counterweight to the support is designed to be 333mm.The shield used to protect the absorber is fixed to the top of the support,and the lower end of the support is welded to the center of the hood of the roof fan.Last,when the cantilever works normally,its maximum stress is solved.Simultaneously,the maximum stress is compared with the ratio limit and yield limit of the cantilever material(Q235 steel).The results show that the cantilever not only works in the range of linear elastic deformation,but also fully meets the strength requirements.
