Temperature Field Calculation of Hybrid Rotor Dual-Stator Wind Generator
Permanent magnet/cage barrier hybrid rotor dual-stator wind turbines have more complex structure and more heat sources than conventional wind turbines. The heat sources of the generator directly related to its structure size, equivalent winding and thermal conductivity of each material. In order to ensure the motor has stable operation and stable output power, the analyze and calculation of the generator temperature rise distribution is necessary.Base on the working principle of the motor,a 300k W permanent magnet/cage-barrier hybrid rotor dual-stator wind generator is designed in this paper. On this basis, establish the thermal network model of the generator, and deduct the equivalent thermal resistance of the air gap and cage-barrier rotor.Anal-ysis and calculation of temperature rise of components of permanent magnet/cage-barrier hybrid rotor dual-stator wind genera-tor,the results are verified by the finite element method. From the result analysis, the two methods relative error is less than 10%,which verifies the validity and feasibility of the analysis method used.
