柔性轴承疲劳失效加速寿命试验方法研究

针对谐波减速器长寿命高可靠发展的测试评价需求,常规寿命试验周期长成本高,亟需一种谐波减速器柔性轴承加速寿命试验方法.这里采用提高转速、增大载荷保证油膜厚度一致的方法进行了加速寿命试验方法研究.首先以柔性轴承受力分析、运动分析和润滑分析为基础设计加速工况;最后根据应力分析和修正SN曲线评估加速试验时间.并以SHF-25-120型谐波减速器为例对其柔性轴承加速寿命试验进行了试验设计,结果表明该设计方案能有效地提高试验效率,可为开展柔性轴承加速寿命试验提供理论参考依据.
Research on Accelerated Life Test Method for Fatigue Failure of Flexible Bearings
In view of the testing and evaluation requirements of harmonic drive with long life and high reliability.The conven-tional life test cycle is long and the cost is high,so it is urgent to develop an accelerated life test method for harmonic drive fllexible bearings.An accelerated life test method was studied by increasing the rotational speed and raising the load applied on the reduc-ers to maintain the consistency of the oil film thickness.Firstly,the accelerating conditions were designed based on the analyses of force,motion and lubrication for the flexible bearings.Secondly,the test time was evaluated according to the stress analysis and the modified sn curve;finally,an experimental design was carried out to accelerate life test on the flexible bearings in the shf-25-120 harmonic drive.It showed that the design scheme could effectively improve the test efficiency and provide a theory for the ac-celerated life test of the bearings.
