大空间大流量喷洒头结构特性研究

根据大空间自动扫描定位灭火装置使用工况,研究了大空间大流量喷洒头的结构特性;根据大空间大流量喷洒头的受力状况,提出了以不锈钢推力球轴承作为高速旋转支撑部件;阐述了喷洒头异形喷口的组成及其作用;引入了异形喷口当量直径计算出大空间大流量喷洒头的流量和射流半径两个灭火性能参数,并与实验测试结果进行对比分析.结果表明,在额定压力下,大空间大流量喷洒头的结构特性和受力状况是影响大空间喷洒头的旋转速度、射流半径、喷水流量、射流水花形状、灭火时效等的灭火性能的关键因素;异形喷口当量直径对大空间喷洒头的设计制造具有较高的工程指导意义.
The Study of Large-Space Large-Volume Sprinkler's Structural Characteristics
According to the operating condition of large space automatic scanning and positioning extinguishing device,the structural characteristics of large space and large flow sprinkler are studied;according to the stress condition of spray head with large space and large flow,a stainless steel thrust ball bearing was proposed as a high speed rotating supporting part;the compo-sition and function of special-shaped nozzle of sprinkler head are described;by introducing the equivalent diameter of the special-shaped nozzle,two fire extinguishing performance parameters of large space,large flow sprinkler and jet radius were calculated,and compared with the experimental results.The results showed that,at rated pressure,the structural characteristics and stress conditions of large space and large flow sprinkler are the key factors affecting the fire extinguishing performance of large space sprinkler,such as rotating speed,jet radius,spray water flow,jet shape,fire extinguishing efficiency,etc;the equivalent diame-ter of special-shaped nozzle has a high engineering guiding significance for the design and manufacture of large-space sprinkler.
