Research on Load Characteristics of Gear Transmission System Considering Random Error
Because the two-way transmission power of the closed differential planetary gear transmission system easily leads to uneven load distribution,it studies the influence of random errors such as manufacturing and assembly on the load distribution characteristics of gear transmission.The stochastic dynamic model of gear transmission system is established,and the solution method of stochastic dynamic model is proposed.Considering the eccentricity error and tooth thickness error of sun gear and plane-tary/star gear,the random sampling is carried out in the tolerance zone range by Monte Carlo method,and the influence of man-ufacturing and assembly tolerance zone on the load distribution characteristics of gear transmission system is analyzed.Finally,the rationality of the proposed random error dynamic model is verified by experiments on the main gearbox of the wind turbine.
