工业阀门逸散性试验的改进设计及其验证

通过理论分析与试验验证相结合的方法,对标准ISO 15848-1:2015及GB/T 47009-2021规定的阀门逸散性试验方法中的包裹法进行了改进设计,并对包裹法泄漏流量计算公式进行了修正.试验结果表明,采用改进后的新方法,试验介质不再严格受限于标准中试验氦气97%以上的纯度要求.新方法的提出,使检测结果更精确严谨,进一步提高了试验的经济性以及操作的便捷性,为国际标准及中国国家标准后续的换版升级提供了有力的理论依据和试验数据支撑,对于阀门逸散性试验的推广也起到积极的促进作用.
Improved Design and Verification of Industrial Valve Fugitive Emissions Testing
Through the combination of theoretical analysis and experimental verification,this paper improved the design of the bagging method in the valve fugitive emissions testing specified in ISO 15848-1:2015 and GB/T 47009-2021,and revised the calculation formula of its leakage rate.The test results show that,with the improved new method,the test medium is no longer strictly limited to the purity requirement of helium above 97%in the standard.The new method makes the test results more accu-rate and rigorous,and further improves the economy of the test and the convenience of operation,it also provides a strong theoreti-cal basis and experimental data support for the subsequent edition upgrading of international standards and Chinese national standards,and also plays a positive role in promoting the popularization of valve fugitive test.
