不同防爆型式对煤矿机器人设计的影响分析

为了减轻煤矿机器人的体积和重量,增加机器人的行走和续航能力,从防爆设计的角度出发,分别探究了正压、隔爆、油浸和充砂四种常用防爆型式对机器人设计的影响,并进行了对比分析.以10组随机设定的典型矩形机器人箱体为研究对象,采用正压、隔爆、油浸和充砂四种方法进行防爆设计,比较和分析相同箱体经不同防爆设计后的体积和重量变化.结果表明,四种防爆型式的防爆箱体体积相近,但当机器人箱体尺寸较小时,采用隔爆、油浸和充砂方法设计的防爆箱体重量相对较小,随着机器人箱体尺寸增加,正压型箱体重量最小,隔爆型重量最大.
In order to reduce the size and weight of coal mine robots,and increase the walking and endurance capabilities of the robots,from the perspective of explosion-proof design,the influence of four common explosion-proof types,namely positive pres-sure,explosion-proof,oil immersion and sand filling,on the design of the robot was investigated respectively.Conducted a com-parative analysis.Taking 10 groups of randomly set typical rectangular robot cabinets as the research object,four methods of posi-tive pressure,explosion-proof,oil immersion and sand filling are adopted for explosion-proof design,and the volume and weight of the same cabinet after different explosion-proof designs are compared and analyzed.Variety.The results show that the four explosion-proof types of explosion-proof boxes are similar in size,but when the robot box size is small,the weight of the ex-plosion-proof box designed by the method of explosion-proof,oil immersion and sand filling is relatively small.As the size of the robot box increases,the weight of the positive pressure type box is the smallest,and the explosion-proof type has the largest weight.
