基于改进蝙蝠算法的再制造装配体拆卸序列规划研究

针对再制造装配体人工拆卸比重较高,自动化拆卸使用率低等问题,提出了一种基于改进蝙蝠算法的方法来研究拆卸序列规划问题.在传统蝙蝠算法的基础上,引入罗盘算子改进蝙蝠算法,选择拆卸方向变化数量,拆卸工具更换次数和拆卸操作位置变更数作为评价指标,建立适应度函数模型.通过一个应用案例,对改进蝙蝠算法的优化性能进行了测试和验证,并将改进的蝙蝠算法与GA、PSO和差分蝙蝠算法进行了对比.数值结果表明,该算法相较其他三种算法具有更好的优化性能和更精确的解,采用该方法能获得具有高度自动化的再制造装配体拆卸序列且能够指导操作者高效完成拆卸工序.
Research on Disassembly Sequence Planning of Remanufacturing Assembly Based on Improved Bat Algorithm
In order to solve the problems of high proportion of manual disassembly and low utilization rate of automatic disassem-bly of remanufacturing assembly,an improved bat algorithm is proposed to study the disassembly sequence planning(DSP)prob-lem.On the basis of the traditional bat algorithm,the compass operator is introduced to improve the bat algorithm.The number of disassembly direction changes,the number of disassembly tool changes and the number of disassembly operation position changes are selected as evaluation indexes,and the fitness function model is established.Through an application case,the optimization performance of the improved bat algorithm is tested and verified,and the improved bat algorithm is compared with GA,PSO and DEB A.Numerical results show that the algorithm has better optimization performance and more accurate solution than the other three algorithms.The method can obtain highly automated product disassembly sequence and guide the operator to complete the product disassembly process efficiently.
