超声波雷达在炭素焙烧炉变形检测中的研究

针对炭素焙烧炉火道墙在高温环境下产生蠕变的问题,提出了一种应用于火道墙变形检测算法,同时采用温度补偿方法降低环境温度对超声波波速的影响.根据超声波雷达采集到的不稳定数据,设计了一种针对超声波测距的滤波处理算法,并将滤波后的不规则数据点划分为不同曲线段,利用最小二乘法对其拟合,进一步结合激光雷达对拟合曲线精度进行对比.利用超声波测距平台在焙烧车间进行变形检测实验,结果表明应用于非接触测量焙烧炉变形中的算法,能提供准确的墙体变形信息.
Study on Ultrasonic Radar in Deformation Detection of Carbon Roaster
Aiming at the problem of creep of fire passage wall of carbon roaster in high temperature environment,a deformation detection algorithm applied to fire passage wall is proposed,and the temperature compensation method is used to reduce the influ-ence of ambient temperature on ultrasonic wave velocity.According to the unstable data collected by ultrasonic radar,a filtering algorithm for ultrasonic ranging is designed.The filtered irregular data points are divided into different curve segments,fitted by least square method,and further compared with lidar.The ultrasonic distance measuring platform is used to conduct deformation detection experiments in the roasting workshop.The results show that the algorithm used in non-contact measurement of roasting furnace deformation can provide accurate wall deformation.
