防冲液压支架多齿式金属切削吸能构件研究

针对液压支架防冲差,遭受冲击地压易失效的问题,提出一种多齿式金属切削吸能构件,通过刀具切削工件上的轮齿进行吸能;分析在切削体积相同的情况下相同齿形和相同齿高下的吸能防冲特性;结果表明:相对于传统的压溃式吸能构件,多齿式金属切削吸能构件吸收的能量更多,反力更稳定;在相同齿形的情况下,随着轮齿的高度增加,切削力降低、吸能减少、载荷波动系数增大,轮齿高度过大会造成切屑变形极不稳定,影响切削性能;在相同齿高的情况下,三角形齿与梯形齿的峰值力与总吸能量均大于矩形齿,在切削稳定的情况下,三角形齿的载荷波动系数大于梯形齿和矩形齿.最终确定下底26mm、上底10mm、高15mm的梯形齿为ZHD6000型液压支架较为理想的吸能构件.
Research on Energy Absorbing Component of Multi-Tooth Metal Cutting of Anti-Impact Hydraulic Support
Aiming at the problem of poor anti-impact and easy failure of hydraulic support under rock burst,a multi-tooth metal cutting energy absorbing component was proposed.Energy absorbing was carried out by cutting the gear teeth on the workpiece with a cutter.The energy absorption and anti-impact characteristics of the same tooth shape and the same tooth height under the same cutting volume are analyzed.The results show that compared with the traditional crushing energy absorbing member,the multi-tooth metal cutting energy absorbing member absorbs more energy and the reaction force is more stable.In the case of the same tooth shape,with the increase of the tooth height,the cutting force decreases,energy absorption decreases,load fluctuation coefficient increases,too large tooth height resulting in chip deformation is extremely unstable,affecting the cutting perfor-mance;in the case of the same tooth height.The peak force and total energy absorption of triangular and trapezoidal teeth are larger than those of rectangular teeth.In the case of stable cutting,the load fluctuation coefficient of triangular tooth is greater than that of trapezoidal tooth and rectangular tooth.Finally,the trapezoidal teeth of 26mm bottom,10mm top and 15mm high are the ideal energy absorbing components ofZHD6000 hydraulic support.
