高减速比准双曲面齿轮滑动率的计算方法研究

根据GLEASON准双曲面齿轮齿坯计算卡提出一种从大轮推导小轮齿坯参数的高减速比齿坯计算新方法,得出相应的齿坯基本参数公式.基于空间齿轮啮合原理对点接触齿轮副运动规律进行分析,推导出基本滑动率公式.然后结合高减速比准双曲面齿轮传动基本原理,对齿面节点进行运动分析,推导得出以高减速比齿坯设计参数为自变量的滑动率公式.计算了两对高减比齿轮副的滑动率,并取其中一对进行验证计算.该研究对高减速比齿坯的设计计算提供了新的计算方法,为高减速比齿轮的磨损分析和优化提供了理论基础.
Study on the Calculation Method of Sliding Rate of Hypoid Gear with High-Reduction Ratio
Base d on the GLEASON hypoid gear tooth blank calculation card,a new method of calculating high-Reduction tooth blanks by deriving the parameters of small wheel blanks from large wheel blanks is proposed,and the corresponding basic parameter equations of tooth blanks are derived.Based on the gear meshing principle,the basic sliding rate equation is derived by analyzing the motion state of the point contact gear.Then,combining with the basic principle of high-Reduction hypoid gear transmission,the state of motion of tooth surface nodes was analyzed,and the sliding rate equation with the design parameters of high-Reduction tooth blanks as the independent variable was derived.The sliding rates of two pairs of high-Reduction gears were calculated,and one of the pairs was taken for verification calculations.This study provides a new calculation method for the design calculation of high-Reduction tooth blanks,and provides a reference for the wear analysis and optimization of high-Reduction ratio gear.
