针对双梁桥式起重机主梁金属结构冗余度较大的问题,提取决定其质量与强度的六个重要参数并设定此六个参数的取值范围,设计正交试验表对其进行强度与刚度计算,为避免发生共振,计算其自振频率,利用算法将实验结果进行拟合,得出质量、强度、刚度、自振频率关于六个重要参数的数学方程,设计以自振频率与固振频率的比值和质量为目标的多目标优化数学模型,并用优化算法进行求解,对结果进行分析,得出主梁结构在满足稳定性的情况下,其质量得到了一定程度的减小.
Characteristics Analysis and Optimization of Bridge Crane
For double beam bridge crane girder question of metal structure redundancy,extraction to determine the quality and strength of six important parameters and set the scope of the six parameters,design orthogonal test table to calculate its strength and stiffness,to avoid resonance,calculating the natural frequency of vibration,use the algorithm to fit the experimental results,Concluded that quality,strength,stiffness and naturcdl frequency of vibration mathematical equation about six important param-eters,to design a multi-objective optimization mathematical model with the ratio of natural frequency to solid frequency and the mass as the target,and use optimization algorithm to solve,analyzing the results,it is concluded that the mass of the main beam structure is reduced to a certain extent when the stability is satisfied.
