基于公理化设计的"8"字形绕线机构设计

绕线机被广泛的应用于工业线材绕线作业中,为了提升企业"8"字形绕线的作业水平与可靠性,简化绕线机构与降低制造成本,避免绕线过程易缠绕等缺点,设计了一种新型"8"字形绕线机构.运用公理化设计理论指导"8"字形绕线机构的设计过程,并以此为依据构建了"8"字形绕线机构模型.运用ADAMS对所构建的模型进行了系统动力学仿真,通过所选关键点的运动轨迹、速度与加速度等仿真结果,表明设计机构达到了设计要求.最后,通过制作样机验证了设计的可行性与有效性,为今后进行类似于"8"字形绕线机构的设计工作提供了必要的参考与设计指导依据.
Winding machines are widely used in industrial wire winding operations.A"8"type winding mechanism is designed.In order to improve the level and reliability of the company's"8"-shaped winding,simplify the winding mechanism and reduce manufacturing costs,and avoid the shortcomings of easy winding during the winding process.The design mechanism met the de-sign requirements by the system dynamics simulation of the constructed model using ADAMS.Finally,the feasibility and effec-tiveness of the design was verified by making a prototype,which would provide a reference and design guidance for future design work as the"8"-shaped winding mechanism.
