Research on Operation Mechanism of Internal Combustion Constrained Piston-Linear Generator
In order to solve the problems of long energy transmission chain and low electromechanical energy conversion efficiency in the traditional vehicle waste heat recovery system, this paper proposes a internal combustion confined piston power generation system, which cancels the traditional rotary generator and adopts the direct connection mode of linear generator with piston and crankshaft, thus greatly shortening the energy transmission chain. On the basis of this system, this paper studies and designs a cy-lindrical permanent magnet linear generator suitable for this system, and studies the power generation operation mechanism of the cylindrical permanent magnet linear generator in the state of variable speed reciprocating periodic motion, and analyzes its no-load and load working conditions.Firstly, according to the piston motion law of the engine system, the expression of no-load electromotive force of linear motor under variable speed reciprocating cycle is derived, and the structural design of linear motor is optimized by this expression.Secondly, the finite element model of the motor was built based on electromagnetic calculation to an-alyze its no-load working condition, and the formula was verified by the finite element simulation results. Finally, the output power, various loss characteristics and efficiency of motor reciprocating according to sinusoidal law are studied. The simulation re-sults meet the design requirements and verify the rationality of the model, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of inter-nal combustion confined piston power generation system.
