Effect of Interface Friction Characteristics on Stability of Coke Pushing Operation
The vibration of coke pusher not only affects the overall service life of equipment, but also easily causes safety accidents.Aiming at the vibration problem.of coke pusher during the coke pusher operation, vibration signals are collected at the production site, and the vibration frequency and vibration occurrence time of coke pusher are extracted through time and frequency domain analysis of the signal.Coke pusher system is simplified as a mass-spring-damping system, and its vibration characteristics are studied by structural dynamics. The test and simulation results show that vibration of coke pusher occurs after the slipper enters the carbonization chamber, and the difference between the static friction coefficient f and the dynamic friction coefficient fd of inter-face is large, resulting in a sharp change in the instantaneous friction, causing vibration, and affecting the stability of coke pusher operation.
